Welcome, my name is Ora Quinn

My journey in holistic wellness began at an early age. Studying sports medicine in high school first sparked my fascination with the interconnection of the body. In 2019 I became a Massage Therapist, and soon after began training in the Ohashi Method. It became the grounding framework for supporting my clients in restoring balance and sustaining ease. After six years of devoted practice I became an advanced graduate of the Ohashiatsu Institute.

"For me, bodywork is the manifestation of my spirituality" - Ohashi

This method is nurturing, fluid, and ancient. A single touch can mean so much. When in session I enter a surrendered state of presence, listening with my hands, guided by the subtle body and responding intuitively. In this approach, deep healing happens when the body is completely at rest, held by love and compassion.

My studies in Zen Buddhism and Sufi prayers have shaped me into living with a compassionate heart and a devotional loving-kindness approach. I feel those principles guide me home to an original state of being. Mindfulness, movement, breathwork, singing and prayer ground these teachings into my body with great reverence and joy.
